Screening at Anu follows a 3 step process:
1st step: Initial telephone conversations focus on evaluating the candidate skill set for a match. An understanding is gained of their work history and motivations for making a job change. These telephone interviews are extensive. Important facts about the candidate are gathered, such as pay expectations, and overall suitability for the position.
2nd step: A personal interview is scheduled. Application information is gathered via our website or in person. Professionalism, communication skills and cultural match are evaluated during our extensive personal interview.
3rd step: The candidate is submitted for the client’s evaluation and interview.
