Our client’s facility embodies the best of the best and utilizes top ranked vendors to include: Liebert, Eaton/Powerware, Panduit, Cisco, Corning Fiber Systems, and SET3 to name a few.
The goal of our client is to form a new company to acquire 10 -15 shared web hosting companies in range of 500K- 1 million in revenue over 2 years period and they are looking to build a strong management team to run operation.
Required Skills, professional requirements and/or qualifications
• Experience in shaved & dedicated web hosting space
• Ideal candidate should have experience in a company with annual revenues above $ 4 Million
• Candidate should have a technical background and be fluent in all operations of the company
• Should have held title of COO or Managing Director
• Must have deep understanding of shared web hosting and patterns of the industry
• Day to Day operations experience is key component with in web hosting company
• Understanding of customer service, billing and customer support.
• Ideal candidate will have mid level migration experience, migrating location to another location and or one platform to another.
• Any experience with performing due diligence of documenting business of other web hosting companies is a plus.

Essential Functions and/or duties:
• Establishing scope, initial plans, issue lists, and to do's for assigned projects
• Working with IT staff to create the project management infrastructure and processes needed to manage projects.
• Key acceptance criteria include implementing
• A way to track issues and to do's across the organization
• A way for everyone to see what tasks and issue they own
• A way to see everything that is inflight, it's status, and who owns it
• A way to tell what efforts will be impacted when business decisions are being made
• A way to tell how much work has been allocated to a team or individual
• A cost effective solution that can be quickly rolled out and piloted
• A solution that provides information via web-browser to users in the organization
• Position will involve more startup work and coordination than task management
• Will need to integrate with multiple teams with in IT (including several agile teams and IT infrastructure) and multiple business functions..
• Specific projects include;
• Moving our internal datacenter to a co-located facility
• Planning a facility move
Required Skills, professional requirements and/or qualifications
• Use of multiple project management and office productivity tools
• Enterprise project management
• Experience in infrastructure, software development, and non-IT projects
• Sharepoint 2010 and Project Server 2010 or software with similar functionality are options that need to be considered.

Job Listing: Statistical Data Analyst

Statistical Data Analyst
Our Client is a family owned Columbus, OH based company. They are experiencing growth, and are interested in hiring a Statistical Data Analyst. This role requires the individual to define business challenges, design analysis to address these challenges, execute the analysis, read the results of the analysis and present findings to managers. Must pass background and credit check, $45 -55K based on experience, direct hire. HRS: 8-5pm, M-F.
Essential Functions and/or duties:
• Understand the source, content and definition of data residing in Oracle tables and various datamarts
• Extract data using BI tools such as SQL
• Organize and analyze data using tools such as Excel and Access
• Develop predictive models using tools such as Knowledge Studio or SAS
• Identify trends in the information
• Work closely with technical and non-technical employees to design and deliver strategic analysis
• Position will be doing modeling. Client wants a candidate to train on the data they have and do predictive analytics on the data
Required Skills, professional requirements and/or qualifications
• 2 years prior business experience including developing predictive models
• Understanding of Oracle databases a plus
• Experience with data warehouses, SQL or similar BI tools a plus
• Excellent, self motivated work ethic
• High energy with a passion for analyzing complex data sets
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively relay technical and analytical information to the business
• Desire to work for a growing company in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• BS or BA in Statistics or solid work experience in statistics, mathematics
• Should have some type of statistical package knowledge or experience such as SAS, SPSS or SPLUS or knowledge seeker or knowledge builder
• Understanding of data sets, doing predictive analytic
• Must understand analyzing data, number crunching, drawing conclusions from different data & Data sets
