Remote/Non-local candidates

Remote candidates are screened in much the same way as local candidates with the obvious exception of a personal interview with the recruiter. We conduct a telephone interview to discuss all aspects related to skills and the job opportunity. Image and presentation skills are evaluated through thorough reference checks.

More time is necessary on the telephone interview, therefore multiple conversations are the norm to fully understand the candidate’s career goals, technical skills, and motivations for making a career move. If relocation is an issue, great care is taken to fully understand the challenges of moving for the right position.

Direct hire placements

We conduct a thorough analysis of any open position to understand its inherent responsibilities, candidate requirements, compensation range, hiring manager background, and company culture. Candidate qualifications are examined and matched to the requirements. Reference and background checks are completed on finalists.

Initial telephone conversations focus on evaluating a candidate’s skill set for a match. An understanding is gained of the candidate’s work history and motivations for making a job change.
