Job Listing: Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH
Length: Contract
As part of a technology upgrade project, the Help Desk Analysts will provide support via the phone and through the use of remote access. The Help Desk Analysts will remotely assist Field Technicians and client personnel in completing tasks.
Essential Functions and/or duties:
• Updating computer hardware
• Setting up printers
• Resolving software configuration problems
• Diagnosing hardware problems at the workstation level
• All support calls must be recorded and updated in the Call Tracking System
• Interact with end-users, Field Technicians and the IT department

• Knowledge of HP Workstations and HP Servers is preferred
• Flexible hours are required
• Length of the contract will be approximately 3 - 4 months
• Must present a positive, professional image to our clients. Good customer service and communication skills.

• Able to follow directions, work independently and multitask with minimal direction.

We are seeking an Application Server Administrator for a web-based application server environment. The primary duties of this individual will be to maintain and provide advanced application server administration support for middleware software such as JBoss, Apache, and any other related software as needed. The successful candidate must have experience in J2EE Application server administration, specifically Tomcat and JBoss servers and excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
