Cynthia Hengeli is the founder, president and CEO of Anu Resources, a professional contract staffing company and permanent placement services firm. Cynthia is a veteran sales management professional who excels at creating close, valuable working relationships with business managers and executives who rely on her business acumen and people know-how.
Highly energetic and wholly enthusiastic, she is passionate about changing the way businesses think about staffing solutions. Cynthia is an innate problem-solver and out-of-the-box thinker. Her action-oriented leadership has not only earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues, clients, candidates and contractors alike, it has prompted tremendous company growth.
Anu Resources has earned the distinction of being ranked nationally on the "Inc. 5000" list, and has been honored twice as a Business First "Fast 50" Award Winner. Both lists recognize the achievements of high-growth companies based on percentage of revenue growth over a three-year period.
Much of Cynthia's career has been spent growing IT and technical profit centers for employment service firms. She founded Anu Resources in 2002. Cynthia is a member of the Columbus Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Women for Economic and Leadership Development, TechColumbus, and the Columbus, Worthington, and Dublin Chambers of Commerce.
